Jay did several jobs for me. I like that he thinks  before starting the project, and after the job is done he leaves the project site clean. I usually tell him what I want and he explains all my options to me. Then we proceed. He is on the expensive side, but I feel that the quality of his work is worth it. We had the absolute best experience with Hydro Plumbing & Rooter! Our technician, Jay, went above and beyond when we had a last-minute emergency just two hours before hosting a 100-person event. He dropped everything to come help us, fixed the issue incredibly fast, and made sure everything was working perfectly. What impressed us even more was that Jay brought his manager, Carlos, out afterward to double-check everything, ensuring we were completely taken care of. They treated our problem like it was their own, never wavered in their confidence, and gave us complete peace of mind in a very stressful situation. We had a leaking water heater tank in our garage and it was a weekend, so the plumbing company we have previously used could not send a technician and it was an emergency. Good thing we found Hydro Plumbing and Rooter.  They were able to send a technician, diagnose the problem and it was confirmed that the leak was coming from the water heater tank. We had a major sewer line backup and called Hydro Plumbing & Rooter. They came out right away, used a camera to find the problem, and explained everything clearly. The crew worked hard, replaced the damaged section of pipe, and had everything running smoothly again the same day. Super professional and reliable . After my clogged and backups, Hydro is able to come out and inspect my Sewer and recommend a replacement. They were fast, and reliable. We were able to get my operation back up and running!
